Players Eligibility & Responsibility

• Each participating team is allowed to register up to 20 players and the specific Player should represent not more than 1 Team.
• Registration of 15 players must be submitted to Organizer by 12th August 2024. It is mandatory to provide all the relevant information of all players in the Team Registration Form. Any additional or replacement of player(s) can only be made with a minimum of 4 days prior to the match day. Any additional or replacement of player(s) made with less than 4 days prior to the match day MUST only be made on medical grounds with proof of

documentation and must have the approval from the Tournament Organizing Committee. This benefit will be applicable only during league stages and not applicable for Knock Outs.

• Any registered players removed from a team, will not be allowed to re-register to any other teams if his name is in playing XI in any games during the tournament.
• Players should bring their own essentials.
• Players should report to ground before 30 minutes of match.
• Toss will be done 15 minutes before the game start. Either Captain or Vice-Captain must be there for Coin toss.
• Late arrival of players/teams leads to automatic walkover for the opponent. The match officials will wait for 30 mins for the team to arrive to start the game, If any team fails to reach within the 30 mins will give a walkover for the opponent. If the team reaches inside the 30 mins range the team will be penalized with over cut from their batting innings while the opponent will be allowed to bat for full 25 overs. The rate of over cutting will be : 1 over will be reduced for every 6 mins of delay.
• Subject to change on spot discussion with umpires and captains. Umpire decision is final to finalize.
• All the participating teams are considered as social cricket clubs.
• All Teams must adhere to anti‐doping and anti – corruption rules, regulations & codes
• The tournament will be played with White ball and all teams must use Color attire and gears during the      game.
• Any Malaysian national player(s) with central and state contracts are not eligible to be included except those who are playing in the club cricket previously before getting the call to the national squad.
• Bringing any professional players from outside Malaysia just for this tournament will not be allowed. All the team captains are responsible to ensure these terms.

       
               Impact Sub:  There will be 1 allowed impact sub that the team needs to specify during the team
               member’s name submission before the toss. Both of the Impact Player need to be indicated in
the list and the exchange of the players can be made only between 2 prior selected players and
that is allowed only after an inning is completed.
